Working Together
-
I support a wide range of health concerns, with a particular focus on gut health, burnout, hormonal shifts such as perimenopause and postmenopause, chronic stress, food intolerances, and fatigue. Many clients come with multiple overlapping symptoms, and we work together to find the root causes and a realistic path forward.
-
Not at all. Whether you have a diagnosis or are simply feeling off-track with your health, I meet you where you are. We explore your full picture and build clarity from there.
-
Yes. All one-on-one consultations are currently offered via Telehealth. These video calls allow us to connect in a meaningful way from wherever you are. In-person consultations will be available from early 2026 at my home-based clinic in Mountain River, Tasmania.
-
Initial appointments are 90 minutes. We take the time to explore your full health history, current concerns, lifestyle, diet, emotional wellbeing and more. Follow-up sessions are 60, 45 or 30 minutes, depending on your needs. Each session includes education, support and a tailored treatment plan.
-
You can book online through my website or via HealthBank. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation and a short intake form to complete ahead of your first session.
-
You’ll receive your treatment plan via email, along with any herbal prescriptions or test recommendations. Herbal remedies can be posted to you. I also provide email follow-up to answer any quick questions between sessions.
-
That depends on your goals and what we’re working on. Some clients need only a few sessions, others benefit from regular support over a longer period. We always work at your pace.
-
Absolutely. My work often complements conventional medical care. I’m happy to collaborate and make sure your treatment plan is cohesive and aligned with what you’re already doing.
Areas of Expertise
-
I combine extensive clinical experience with the latest microbiome science and a holistic understanding of the gut-body connection. After eight years working alongside Dr Jason Hawrelak, my approach is highly personalised, rooted in both evidence and practicality.
-
Yes. If relevant to your case, I may recommend testing to get a clearer picture of your microbiome, digestive function, hormones or other systems. We’ll discuss the pros and cons together before deciding.
-
Yes. This is a common reason people seek support. Whether you’re navigating hormonal shifts, brain fog, mood changes, hot flushes or fatigue, I offer care that’s gentle, practical and personalised.
-
Yes. I often work with women who feel exhausted, depleted or like they’ve been running on empty for too long. We focus on restoring energy through nervous system support, nutritional care, herbs and creating more space for rest in daily life.
Herbal Medicine
-
I create a range of herbal medicines including liquid extracts (tinctures), herbal teas, balms and topical preparations. Each product is made with care, and many of the herbs are grown or wildcrafted on the land where I live.
-
Yes. Herbal prescriptions are posted within Australia. If you're based elsewhere, please contact me directly so I can check what’s possible for your location.
-
At this time, all herbal prescriptions are created in response to a consultation. This ensures that your remedy is safe, appropriate and tailored to your specific needs.
-
I grow many of the herbs on my property in Mountain River, and I also work closely with a small collective of herbalists who share a commitment to reciprocity, sustainability and quality. Every remedy is made with intention, care and respect for the plants.
Workshops and Retreats
-
Workshops are half-day experiences held seasonally, typically on weekends. They cover a specific topic and combine education, connection and hands-on learning. Herbal teas, resources and nourishing food are included.
-
Retreats are currently held in Tasmania. These are immersive experiences designed to offer time and space to rest, learn and recalibrate. They are open to anyone seeking deeper connection with their health, nature and self.
-
All events are announced via the website, Instagram and Facebook. You can also sign up for the newsletter to stay in the loop.
Mentoring for Practitioners
-
Yes. I offer one-on-one mentoring sessions for naturopaths and health professionals, particularly those looking to improve their skills and confidence in gut health, case management and herbal prescribing.
-
Mentoring is offered via Telehealth in 30 or 60 minute sessions. Topics are completely tailored to your needs, whether you’re looking for case support, guidance on test interpretation or practice development advice.
-
Practitioners who are in the early stages of their clinical career, or more experienced clinicians who want a fresh perspective on complex cases. It’s a collaborative, respectful space for reflection and growth.
Philosophy and Approach
-
It means stepping away from overcomplicated protocols and rigid plans. It means honouring the whole person, respecting your life context and making health feel doable. It’s about clarity, connection and care.
-
Yes. My recommendations are grounded in the latest clinical research, functional medicine and traditional herbal knowledge. I also respect each client’s lived experience and values.
-
Only if necessary. I prefer to keep things minimal, effective and targeted. Many clients come to me already overwhelmed by supplement overload, so we often simplify.
Practical Information
-
Fees for consultations vary depending on appointment length. Current pricing is listed on the services page. I aim to keep pricing transparent and fair.
-
Naturopathic consultations may be covered depending on your private health fund. Please check directly with your provider.
-
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee, as this allows me to support others on the waitlist.
